Icon Vallarta is the newest and most luxurious destination in Puerto Vallarta. In fact, it was
featured on the April 2010 cover of Architectural Digest for its design by award-winning firm
Arquitectonica and unique style of Philippe Starck. In keeping with the exterior, the interior
of the condo was professionally designed and is accessible by private elevator. It features a
large leather sofa in the den with an entertainment system which includes an Apple TV with over
50 movies and an iPhone/iPod docking station. The den and bedrooms are equipped with flat screen
TVs and cable. There's also a computer with wireless access to the entire condo and a phone with
free long distance to the US and Canada. The bed in the 2nd bedroom can be separated into 2 twin
beds. The sliding glass doors open to an amazing view of Banderas Bay, downtown Vallarta as well
as the mountains. The view at night with the lights of old town light up is just as beautiful as
the day time views.

Maid Service One Time per Week Included
Maid Service is included one day per week. This usually takes place during the
mid part of your stay but can be flexible based on your needs. Each additional
cleaning is $20 USD.
Gratuity Appreciation Our recommendation is that the maid who services your unit
receive a $2 to 3 USD gratuity per clean. If the maid has really gone the extra mile, then a well
deserved extra "propina" (gratuity) is certainly welcome. Thank You!

Enjoy delicious traditional Mexican-Style food by having a Personal Cook come to your unit! For only $95 USD, you get
